You may order your anniversary cake anytime, but it must be done at least two weeks before you FIRST anniversary.
You will receive an email confirmation

This form is for past brides who signed a contract with Simply Cakes and had their wedding cake (100 servings or more) delivered
during the year 2012

If you would like your cake cutting photo placed on our web site, we would LOVE to see it!  Please email it to lorie@simplycakesnc.com

We will give full credit to the photographer as well
